W. W. Korth and M. E. Diamond 2002Intermediate-sized species; enamel on cheek teeth highly crenulated; Palaeomeryx-fold present on lower molars; entoconulid on M3 cylin- drical with deep posterior valley, separating it from the hypoconulid; protostyle present on upper molars.
