Antillia batequensis
Taxonomy
Antillia batequensis was named by Squires and Demetrion (1992). Its type specimen is IGM 5145 (= LACMIP plastoholotype 8851) and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CSUN Loc. 1291a [Bateque Fm], which is in a Ypresian transition zone/lower shoreface sandstone/limestone in the Bateque Formation of Mexico.
