Pseudoplicapollis longiannulata
Taxonomy
Pseudoplicapollis longiannulata was named by Christopher (1979). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is Plate 9, figs. 1, 2 (sample R1012H, slide 1, coordinates 27.1 x 109.1), a microspore, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is R1012H, which is in a Coniacian/Santonian channel sandstone in the Magothy Formation of New Jersey.
