Taxonomy
Proraphidia anisomorpha was named by Chen et al. (2024). Its type specimen is NIGP204107, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Nanligezhuang, Laiyang City (NIGP collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large shale in the Laiyang Formation of China.
