Taxonomy
Rhipidoblatta hranapad was named by Vršanský and Kováčová (2024). Its type specimen is PIN 1832/1171, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Arkagala locality, Tal-Yuryakh Creek (PIN collection 1832), which is in a Santonian/Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Arkagala Formation of the Russian Federation.
