Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
I. Y. Bugrova 2021Massive colonies of the ceriod- meandroid type (Pl. 2, figs. 1а, 1c. Budding intracalinical, terminal. Valleys short and elongated. Many isolated corallites (Plate 2, fig. 1а), which can sharply dominate in some colonies (Pl. 3, fig. 2а; see an inset). Isolated calices are morphologically different, usually oval to polygonal or elongated. Valleys are relatively deep, collines tholiform. Septa are irregularly perforated (a degree of perforation increases towards the inner part of corallites) (Pl. 2, figs. 1a–1d, 2а; Pl. 2I, figs. 1, 2a, 2b) are confluent and subconfluent. Septal anastomosis present. Elongated valley septa observed. Septa almost equal in thickness along the entire length, consisting of simple trabeculae (Pl. 2, fig. 1c), arranged in one fan-system. Distal edges beaded. There are well developed pennulae with their edges turned upward (latomeandrid type) (Pl. 2, figs. 1d, 2а, 2b; Pl. 3, fig. 3c). Endotheca composed of few synapticules, arranged mainly in the area of collines, andwell-developed dissepiments, slightly concave in the inner part, and turned upward along the periphery. Wall incomplete synapticular. Columella parietal.
