Taxonomy
Stellularis pulchra was named by Lü and Zhang (2025). Its type specimen is PMOL-AI16000, a tegmen, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Kunduyingzi Town, which is in an Aptian lacustrine mudstone in the Jiufotang Formation of China.
