Cravenia was named by Hudson (1928) [Sepkoski's age data: C Tour-u C Vise-l]. It is not extant.
It was assigned to Timorphyllidae by Hill (1956); to Rugosa by Sepkoski (2002); and to Verbeekiellidae by Hill (1981), Rodríguez et al. (2020).
