Ancylocoelus frequens was named by Ameghino (1894). It is not extant.

Synonyms

Henricofilholia inaequilatera was named by Ameghino (1901).

It was synonymized subjectively with Ancylocoelus frequens by Shockey (2005), Ribeiro et al. (2010).
Ancylocoelus minor was named by Ameghino (1901). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is La Flecha, which is in a Deseadan terrestrial mudstone in the Deseado Formation of Argentina.

It was synonymized objectively with Ancylocoelus frequens by Ribeiro et al. (2010).
Leontinia garzoni was named by Ameghino (1894). It is not extant. Its type locality is La Flecha, which is in a Deseadan terrestrial mudstone in the Deseado Formation of Argentina.

It was synonymized subjectively with Ancylocoelus frequens by Shockey (2005).
Rodiotherium armatum was named by Ameghino (1894). It is not extant.
