Gelasinotarbus fimbriunguis
Taxonomy
Gelasinotarbus fimbriunguis was named by Shear et al. (1987). Its type specimen is AMNH 43101, a set of appendages (metatarsus, tarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is SUNY-B 329 Brown Mountain, Blenheim-Gilboa Power plant, which is in a Givetian marine sandstone in the Panther Mountain Formation of New York.
It was recombined as Attercopus fimbriunguis by Selden and Shear (1991), Dunlop et al. (2013).
