Taxonomy
Pseudozaphrentoides was named by Shtukenberg (1904) [Sepkoski's age data: C Vise-u C Mosc-u Sepkoski's reference number: 163]. It is not extant.

It was assigned to Rugosa by Sepkoski (2002); and to Cyathopsidae by Hill (1981), Wang et al. (2006).
