Dusignathus seftoni
Taxonomy
Dusignathus seftoni was named by Deméré (1994). Its type specimen is SDSNH 38342, a partial skull (basicranium missing), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chula Vista, which is in a Piacenzian offshore shelf horizon in the San Diego Formation of California.
