Branta minuscula

Taxonomy
Branta minuscula was named by Wetmore (1924). Its type specimen is USNM 10548, a limb element, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Benson, south, which is in a Neogene terrestrial horizon in Arizona.

It was recombined as Anabernicula minuscula by Wetmore (1956); it was recombined as Anabernicula miniscula by Wetmore (1940), Miller and DeMay (1942), Brodkorb (1964) and Olson and Rasmussen (2001).
