It was assigned to Eotomariides by Knight et al. (1960); to Glabrocingulides by Gordon and Yochelson (1987); to Archaeogastropoda by Sepkoski (2002); and to Phymatopleuridae by Mazaev (2015), Karapunar and Nützel (2022).
