Marcgodinotius indicus
Taxonomy
Marcgodinotius indicus was named by Bajpai et al. (2005). Its type specimen is IITR/SB/VLM 817, a mandible (dentary fragment with m2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vastan Lignite Mine, which is in a Ypresian lagoonal siltstone/claystone in the Cambay Shale Formation of India.
