Gobiaeshna occulta
Taxonomy
Gobiaeshna occulta was named by Pritykina (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 3145/672, a forewing (incomplete forewing with destroyed posterior and nodal areas), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Anda-Khuduk 2 well, Ushgiin-Nur Mountains (PIN collection 3145), which is in an Aptian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Anda-Khuduk Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Gobiaeshna.
