Cymatophlebia purbeckensis
Taxonomy
Cymatophlebia purbeckensis was named by Bechly et al. (2001). Its type specimen is BGS 57630, a forewing (basal half), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Durlston Bay, Lower Purbeck, Swanage (BGS coll.), which is in a Berriasian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Lulworth Formation of the United Kingdom.
