It was assigned to Ephemeridae by Brauer et al. (1889); to Baetida by Demoulin (1968); to Ephemeroptera by Hubbard and Savage (1981); to Leptophlebini by Hong (1983) and Lin (1985); and to Siphlonuridae by Zhang (2006) and Sinitshenkova (2017).
