Prokalotermes alderensis
Taxonomy
Prokalotermes alderensis was named by Lewis (1977). Its type specimen is SCSC B-3, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Ruby River, between Peterson and Morman Creeks, which is in a Whitneyan lacustrine shale in the Renova Formation of Montana.
