Dawsonolagus antiquus
Taxonomy
Dawsonolagus antiquus was named by Li et al. (2007). Its type specimen is IVPP V7462, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Huheboerhe-Nuhetingboerhe (AS-1), which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Arshanto Formation of China. It is the type species of Dawsonolagus.
