Morrisia mcclellandi

Taxonomy
Stangerites mcclellandi was named by Oldham and Morris (1863). It is not extant. Its type locality is Bindraban, which is in a Jurassic fluvial horizon in India.

It was recombined as Angiopteridium mcclellandi by Schimper (1819); it was recombined as Taeniopteris mcclellandi by Sahni and Rao (1933); it was recombined as Morrisia mcclellandi by Bose (1959); it was recombined as Morrisia mcclellandii by Lakhanpal et al. (1976).
