Taxonomy
Tropidocoryphe (Tropidocoryphe) lemniscata was named by Feist (1976). Its type specimen is FSL 350 199, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pic de Bissous Peak, which is in an Eifelian carbonate limestone in the Clapassous Formation of France.
