Taxonomy
Ensiferoblatta oecanthoides was named by Li and Huang (2023). Its type specimen is NIGP200821, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (NIGP collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar. It is the type species of Ensiferoblatta.
