Type specimen: PIN 53/2, a tegmen (Apical portion & extreme base not preserved). Its type locality is Shurab II, Ditch 63(8) (PIN collection 53, which is in a Toarcian terrestrial horizon in the Sulyukta Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling grazer-herbivore
