Type specimen: Unv. Rostock pl ii fig 25, a hindwing (fragment). Its type locality is Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Greifswald collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore claystone in Germany.
Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling grazer-herbivore
Distribution: found only at Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Greifswald collection)
