Taxonomy
Aradus frater was named by Popov (1978). Its type specimen is MZ 5624, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber (Museum Ziemi collection), which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland.
