D. T. Blackburn 1981 | Leaves bilateral, pinnately lobed, lobes acute and forwardly directed. Apical and basal sides of lobes convex, sinuses acute. Secondary venation craspedodromous, 4 nerves per lobe. Stomates brachyparacytic, superficial. Hairs on both surfaces bicellular, cylindrical, supported by 2 to 4(-6) thick walled, epidermal cells. Upper epidermal cells with radially striate cuticle. Vertically transcurrent plates of sclerenchyma present. |
