Pompilinites depressus

Taxonomy
Psammochares depressa was named by Statz (1936). Its type specimen is LACMIP 3974, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Rott (Statz Collection), which is in a Chattian lacustrine - small shale in the Rott Formation of Germany.

It was recombined as Pompilinites depressus by Rodriguez et al. (2017).
