Cervus (Sika) sintikuensis was named by Shikama (1937) [P3 width: 5.0 mm; P4 length: 9.4 mm, width: 5.4 mm; M1 length: 12.4 mm, width: 8.0 mm; M2 length: 14.5 mm, width: 8.4 mm, M3 length: 20.5 mm, width: 8.0 mm]. It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is 59947, a set of teeth, and it is a 3D body fossil.
