Taxonomy

Conularia was named by Miller (1820) [Sepkoski's age data: ]. It is not extant. Its type is Conularia quadrisulcata.

It was assigned to Conulariidae by Zavodowsky (1968); to Conulariida by Babcock et al. (1990); to Scyphozoa by Jiang (1982), Sepkoski (2002); and to Conulariinae by Weldon and Shi (2003).
