Silvaroo bila
Taxonomy
Silvaroo bila was named by Dawson (2004). Its type specimen is QM F43280 (WILK 3706), a mandible (adult left mandibular ramus with P3, M1-4, diastema broken off posterior to I1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chinchilla Riffle Range, which is in a Pliocene alluvial fan sandstone/claystone in the Chinchilla Sand Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Silvaroo.
