Cimbex miocenica
Taxonomy
Cimbex miocenica was named by Riou (1992). Its type specimen is MPVR R-200, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Montagne d'Andance, Saint-Bauzile, Privas (Riou collection), which is in a Turolian crater lake diatomite in France.
It was corrected as Cimbex miocenicus by Taeger et al. (2010).
