Type specimen: MPC 25/166 (HMNS 97-21-56), a carapace (Carapace). Its type locality is Shiluut Ula [HMNS-GIN], which is in a Campanian/Campanian fluvial mudstone/sandstone in the Baruungoyot Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: aquatic piscivore-carnivore
Distribution: found only at Shiluut Ula [HMNS-GIN]
